**Annual General Meeting 2002**
The Bahamas Financial Services Board held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, September 12, at the British Colonial Hilton Hotel.
At that time, members present elected 19 incoming Directors. These financial services industry professionals join existing ex-officio Directors who serve on BFSB’s Board as representatives of 10 Professional Industry Associations. In addition, the Hon. James Smith, Minister of State in the Ministry of Finance is the appointed Government Representative to the Board, and CEO/Executive Director Wendy C. Warren also serves ex-officio.
