The BFSB Professional Influence Series is an executive-level professional development programme designed for mid-level to senior management professionals within The Bahamas’ financial services industry.
The Series equips experienced professionals with the communication, influence, and jurisdictional advocacy skills required to confidently represent both their organisations and The Bahamas on regional and global platforms. Through a blend of workshops, conference participation, and real-world exposure, participants strengthen their professional presence, credibility, and impact in external-facing roles.
This is a practical, immersive programme focused on application, visibility, and trusted representation—rather than classroom-based instruction.

The programme is not intended for junior or early-career professionals. Phase 1: Influence Workshop & Regional Conference Application
Half-Day Workshop – 17 February | Nassau, The Bahamas
The programme begins with a highly interactive, half-day workshop focused on:
- Articulating The Bahamas’ financial services value proposition
- Strategic pitching and persuasive communication
- Professional presence and effective networking
- Digital and social media positioning
Immediately following the workshop, participants will attend and actively engage in the Regional Tax and Compliance Symposium, applying newly developed skills in a live professional setting.
Phase 2: International Exposure and Global Representation
Participants are encouraged to join BFSB at one of its international engagements, providing first-hand exposure to global audiences and cross-border conversations. Upcoming opportunities include:

These engagements strengthen participants’ ability to represent The Bahamas with confidence, professionalism, and consistency in international markets. Please note: Travel and related expenses for international engagements are not included in the programme fee.
Phase 3: Final Workshop & Global Wealth Summit
Final Workshop – 28 April | Nassau, The Bahamas
A concluding workshop reinforces learning by:
- Reflecting on practical and international experiences
- Refining communication and influence techniques
- Strengthening confidence in high-level engagement
This workshop will be preceded by participation in the Global Wealth Summit, allowing participants to further apply their skills in a premier regional forum.
Capstone Experience: Live Mini-Seminar
As a capstone to the programme, participants will take part in a live mini-seminar, serving as moderators and panelists in front of a public audience. This final experience showcases participant development and reinforces confidence in public-facing leadership and facilitation roles.

The BFSB Professional Influence Series is intended for experienced professionals who:
Hold client-facing, business development, relationship management, or external engagement responsibilities
Regularly participate in conferences, forums, or international meetings
Are positioned to represent their firms and The Bahamas in professional settings
The programme is not designed for junior staff or individuals without substantive professional experience.
Programme Fee & Inclusions
US$2,000
The fee includes:
Two half-day, executive-level workshops
One-day attendance at the Regional Tax and Compliance Symposium and/or the Global Wealth Summit
Access to executive coaching support throughout the programme
Participants are encouraged to join BFSB on one international engagement; however, travel and related costs are not included in the programme offering.
