Insurance Institute
The Insurance Institute of The Bahamas held its inaugural meeting recently, with elections of officers scheduled during May. This is the first Bahamian institute for insurance industry employees, with chief priorities identified as “education and establishment of high professional standards for members”. The Institute is an initiative of The Insurance Professionals Association, working with the Bahamas Association of Life and Health Insurers and the Bahamas General Insurance Association.
