World Captive Forum, celebrating its 25th anniversary, is being held in Boca Raton, Florida this week (Jan 31 through Feb 03). The Bahamas Financial Services Board and the Insurance Commission of The Bahamas (ICB) are in Boca Raton, as are representatives from a number of private sector service providers from The Bahamas.
