It will include in school and after school components, as well as a Language Learning Cadet Programme. The Cadets will focus on interactions with Spanish and French native speakers and indoctrination in Spanish/French culture and customs.
The goal is to turn a working programme over to the MoE on completion of the pilot, for incorporation into the Ministry’s language learning curriculum.
