BFSB will present this year’s Excellence Awards to individuals in three categories. The **Achiever of the Year** (junior and support staff) is expected to demonstrate an outstanding work ethic, professionalism in executing duties, and to accomplish personal and corporate goals. Candidates for the **Professional Excellence Award** (any level of management or supervision) are required to display leadership qualities and consistently make contributions to their organisations. The **Executive of the Year** category requires nominees to exemplify outstanding leadership qualities and contribute overall to the growth and development of the industry.
In recognition of the critical importance of quality human resources for the success of the industry, BFSB designed the annual Awards Programme to profile role models; it provides the opportunity for peers to recognise the “Stars” of the financial services industry.
Selection of the winner in each category will be made by a Blue Ribbon Panel, with the winners announced and recognised at the Annual Awards Banquet on October 4, at the Radisson Cable Beach Resort.
