The Bahamas Real Estate Association recently hosted its latest continuing education course – *”CRS-201: Listing Strategies for the Residential Specialist”* – in conjunction with the National Association of Realtors. CRS is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the real estate field, and is obtained after passing Certified Residential Specialist examinations. Qualifying for CRS designation enables BREA members to join some 35,000 qualified and professional members world-wide, a decided business development advantage.
BREA realtors and agents are the only persons legally licensed to sell Bahamian real estate. The organisation offers four courses and issues licences twice yearly.
